Why I collect it

The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange a free 15-minute consultation call. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

Who has access

Your information is accessible only to me. I do not sell, share, or disclose it to any third party, except where required by law or where you have explicitly asked me to do so.

The contact form is processed through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service. Formspree receives form submissions on my behalf and forwards them to my email. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

How long I keep it

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as is necessary to respond and follow up. If you become a client, session-related records are maintained in accordance with the ethical guidelines applicable to psychologists practising in India, which require records to be kept for a minimum period following the end of a professional relationship.

Online sessions and third-party platforms

All sessions are conducted via Google Meet. Google's own privacy policy governs how data is processed within its platform. You can review it at policies.google.com/privacy. I recommend reviewing this before your first session.

Professional confidentiality

As a psychologist, I am bound by the professional and ethical guidelines of my field. Information shared during a consultation or session is held in strict confidence. Exceptions exist only in limited circumstances required by law or where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or another person.
