The person on the other side of the screen.
Nine years of clinical practice. A genuine curiosity about why people do what they do. And a belief that understanding yourself is more useful than trying to fix yourself.
I'm a psychologist who believes macrocosm changes when microcosm shifts.
"You can't 'fix' yourself fully as much as you can understand yourself better, to adapt and live better."
Before I became a psychologist, I was genuinely curious about human behaviour and why people repeat the same patterns across very different circumstances. I first explored psychology through a spiritual lens, which gave me an early feel for how meaning-making shapes experience. That curiosity never left. It just became more rigorous over time.
I'm a Health Psychologist with nine years of clinical practice. I've worked with people across a wide range of presentations, in hospital settings, across telehealth platforms, and through Soulease, which I started in 2017 to make thoughtful, research-informed therapy more accessible.
I'm based in New Delhi and see clients primarily online.
A range of concerns, from the clearly named to the harder-to-describe.
Mood disorders
Depression, low mood, emotional flatness, and the exhaustion of maintaining a surface that doesn't match what's underneath.
Anxiety and overthinking
The mind that won't switch off. Worry that feels productive but costs more than it solves.
Life transitions
Career changes, relationship shifts, identity questions. When the old map doesn't match the terrain.
Relationship concerns
Patterns in how we connect, conflict, and disconnect with partners, family, colleagues, and ourselves.
Postpartum and menopausal concerns
The psychological dimensions of significant hormonal and identity shifts that often go unspoken.
Chronic pain and illness
The emotional weight of living with a body that doesn't cooperate: grief, adjustment, and finding a way forward.
Career counselling
Questions of direction, purpose, and how work intersects with identity and self-worth.
Trauma
Past experiences that shape present responses in ways that feel hard to explain or control.
Self-understanding
No specific crisis, just a genuine curiosity about why you think, feel, and relate the way you do.
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I work with what you bring.
My approach is integrative, grounded in health psychology and evidence-based practice, but shaped by what each person actually needs. I draw on multiple frameworks and don't commit to a single method at the expense of what's useful.
I bring intellectual rigour to the work. That means I'll name patterns when I see them, offer frameworks that help things make sense, and think with you rather than just reflect back what you've said. Sessions are substantive, not just a place to vent, but a place to genuinely understand.
A clinical journey, not just a list of qualifications.
Credentials provide a foundation. Nine years of practice is where the real learning happens.
